To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

• You can reschedule a lesson 24 hours before the starting time. If you wish to reschedule later than 24 hours in advance you should contact your tutor as it's up to your tutor if he/she will be able to change the lesson. 

• If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or if you don't show up you will be charged for the lesson. 

• If you cancel your lesson less than 24 hours in advance because of injury or serious illness you will not be charged. 

• If you wish to cancel a lesson package you will be charged for the lessons you have already done and for the remaining lessons you will get a refund.
